Don’t walk away from this place, RUN! I won’t ever bring my car here anymore and don’t advise anyone else either especially if they are dealing with client’s insurance company. They won’t take responsibility for their mistakes and care more for a profit than getting the work rightly done and ensuring client’s needs. Even after the change of ownership they are still poorly managed/ poorly operated from the lady/guys who answer the phone all the way to the vehicle technicians.

I cannot believe my experience was so great with them… you wouldn’t think things would be so seamless or that you would actually like going in due to the circumstances of having a collision. They were excellent communicators, very kind, and you could tell they genuinely like their job. FRANK is amazing! If management is reading this, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! Having maintenance done on our vehicles is always a good experience. The Service Advisors are always very helpful in explaining our vehicle needs.

My experience with South Toyota collision center was not the best. My vehicle was in their possession for 2 months. The communication was unsatisfactory & the customer service experience was lacking. ( Ex.- they accidentally punctured my tire with a nail on the side wall, & they filled it up back up and gave it back to me in that state ). Even tho the quality of the work on my vehicle was well done, the process outweighed the work .
