This house was not ready to rent. Maintenance sub-par. Roaches (they said we had them because it had rained the night before), cook top split in two, sliding glass door to deck wouldn't open (they sent a maintenance guy who said "I've already told them there is nothing I can do", 3rd floor deck supposedly had an ocean view (not in 15-20 years). Extremely poor property management company for rentals. All they care about is getting your check. Extremely unresponsive to problem and does not return calls. Why risk your vacation on this fly-by-night company. The next time I'm definitely going through someone else for my beach rental.
Awful experience due to a misrepresented property by Atkinson Realty, unprofessional customer service. The unit was 4 blocks away from the beach instead of advertised 2; broken/non-functioning pull-out sofa with wooden planks and bricks underneath to support it (the office tried to do a repair during our stay-couldn't fix it.... the whole thing was a joke); Full-size bed instead of advertised King (they corrected the error in the property info after we left, but denied reimbursing us for the false description and inconvenien... read more
