I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. Our previous family doctor left the clinic, so I scheduled a meet-and-greet appointment for my husband with Dr. Kamyar Ghaffari. We completed all the required paperwork and were under the impression that my husband would be accepted as a patient. However, after waiting for about a month, we were informed that the doctor had decided not to assume my husband as a patient. I have been a patient of Dr. Ghaffari for years and up until now have had nothing but positive experiences. Today however was the complete opposite. I arrived three minutes early for my 1:45 p.m. appointment and checked in with the receptionist. I confirmed my name, appointment time, and doctor with her, and she confirmed everything back with an “okay”.
