Jeannette with the orthodontist side of the practice has been amazing with my daughter when getting her expander. She showed so much care when we had trouble turning it and even went the extra mile to meet us at the office near our house when she was working at another location. She answered questions after hours and really provided wonder care. We appreciate her so much!
Love Dr. Cook and the staff at RPDO. Text reminders make keeping up with appts easy. Staff is kind and respectful. Front desk receptionist, Dawn, always helpful and easy to work with scheduling appts. They understand needing to schedule fewer school interruptions. Techs are respectful of my children's autonomy and bodies, listening when they explain how they are feeling. A must for kiddos with sensory challenges. Every visit Ms. Dawn always give us a warm welcoming. The staff is also awesome. They make sure my son feels comfortable when he has his appointments. Thank you for all you do.
My son is at the Richmond pediatric orthodontic for many years, they are awesome, front desk Dawn always try too help schedule appointments works for me, other staff are very nice too.
I’m so glad I found this pediatric office for my little one! Dawn at the front desk always brightens my day with her smile and calming demeanor! Em, the ortho assistant, is truly incredible and such a joy to work with, and always has a way to calm my daughter in a way no one else does! And of course, Dr. Cook is always wonderful, thorough, patient, and always so kind! Thank you to the entire team for consistently being the best at what you do!
