I rarely write reviews, but as a parent, I feel compelled to share this deeply disappointing experience. I scheduled an important appointment for my twin children to have caps placed—something no parent looks forward to, but a necessary part of their care. We coordinated the appointment the same day with the front desk and found a date in July that worked. We met with Dr. Cook this morning for an ortho consult for our 9 year old. Dr. Cook’s was high energy which helped lighten the mood, she was very thorough and made sure we understood each step. Additionally, she made sure our daughter didn’t have any questions or concerns which made her happy to feel included, considering all of this is happening TO her! We are looking forward to this journey and feel confident with Dr. Cook’s recommendations.
They are friendly, courteous and thorough. It has been phenomenal journey so far ... we started 7 years ago for my daughter from pediatric dentistry to orthodontics now.
Dr Sarah was awesome!!! Her aides were also amazing. Such an awesome job and great at explaining everything!!!!
