My daughter had her first orthodontic consultation with Dr. Payton Cook, and Dr. Cook was so kind and friendly and put my daughter immediately at ease. The staff has always been wonderful every time we’ve gone to the dentistry side, so now it’s no surprise they’re all great on the orthodontics side as well! Also the treatment consultant, Shaye, was wonderful at explaining everything that needed to be done and answered all of our questions. Jeannette with the orthodontist side of the practice has been amazing with my daughter when getting her expander. She showed so much care when we had trouble turning it and even went the extra mile to meet us at the office near our house when she was working at another location. She answered questions after hours and really provided wonder care. We appreciate her so much!
