Took our Scion for scheduled appointment to have the AC checked. Got at the service line at 7:20 AM, we were the second car in line, all cars waiting are lined up in single file. The service depart did not open until 7:37, 7 minutes late. A service person started waving cars in into 2 lanes. Service personnel started checking in cars. Three cars behind us were checked in before us. My wife asked one of the service person should she move her car forward, she was completely ignored by the service person, another service person... read more
My previous assistance at AK was not phenomenal but most recently I dealt with Tom Garcia and the transaction to date has been great. If this continues it will be my best experience with AK. Thank you Tom for helping my wife and I get the Tundra we wanted and working with us on the trade and sell price.
