My 10 year old got his permanent bottom tooth knocked out today, and I was in russellville. I called 5 dentists and no answers. Atkins not only answered but got us in immediately and was very kind to my son. They got us fixed up through the weekend and may have saved his tooth! Our family truly appreciates their kindness!!
