There was a Dr there named Dr Kapoor a very nice and concerned and caring Dr but she was just an assistant , but she is now gone ! After going to Dr Atiya for over 5 months with serious health issues , I only saw Dr Atiya once( dr Kapoor all other times ) in which he told me to go find a new Dr , because of the fact that I was hosptialized in June for 8 days and I was suppose to follow up with 4 specialists , as of today I have only seen one specialist , and there office still had not got my paperwork from the hoßpital ! I comend Dr. Atyia's office especailly his PA Michael Keys. He is very kind and very understanding. I have seen him go out of his way just to make sure pharmacy treated me with respect. I complained about a pharmacy and he told me he would take care of it. He did! He risk his own job and went out of his way to make sure that the Pharmacist new what kind of pain I was in. He went out on his own time to prove that I had severe buldging disk, 4 of them in the lower lumbar. Michael Keys did not have to do this at all. I never ha... read more
All I can say is "Dr. Atiya's Office, please hold," that's the only thing you'll get from the front office. As for Dr. Atiya - he's a no-nothing full of crap! You have a better chance of living by not seeing him!
Regarding Dr. Atiya: Where other medical offices have chosen to join the 21st century and use lap top computers to expedite medical care and patient records, Dr. Atiya has not. Example: Lap tops can be used to send prescriptions to the pharmacy. This office sends the patient to the pharmacy with a paper scrip instead of faxing by lap top. This increases patient wait time. If a pharmacy, Walgreen's for example, needs to contact Dr. Atiya's office for refills, they usually have to fax the refill request three or four times bec... read more
