If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been ignored and lied to by ATI, my insurance company's "preferred" vendor for almost an entire year since Hurricane Helene. The staff in Augusta has continuously lies about timelines and repairs. I was told that cabinets were to be installed in my kitchen on September 1st. Absolutely horrible company to work with. I had water damage 3yrs ago where they had to replace my floors. I notified them within a week that certain areas were not right and that there was areas that the flooring was cut too short. Nothing ever done about it. After awhile they just ghosted me until I called my insurance company and they told me the company name changed and they will have them reach out to me. This business is run absolutely awful!!! They came out in October to give me an estimate never heard from them. After calling for 2 months with no response I found someone else. When they went to do the work the damage was alot worse!!! So I will NEVER recommend them and I have already been.in touch with my insurance company about them since they sent.them!!!
