Jay and his team at ATI were so great! we had water damage with our floor ceiling etc.. and they helped make an incredibly stressful situation seem relatively painless. So thankful for all the work that was put in to making my house a home again.

Nightmare company! Very unprofessional, took 5 months to finally admit they won’t be doing any work on our property because they have an incorrect estimate to insurance! Went through a bunch of people we were working with quitting and then we got passed a round to a bunch of other people. Meanwhile I’m left with a total mess. They said we had asbestos that needed removed, but didn’t mention it was $13,000!! Such a scam! A inspector told us none of this was necessary! They seemed very good at cleaning up the emergency we had. Once we agreed to hire them to restore our property we had nothing but problems. It was like it was a completely different company. My suggestion is to interview a few contractors, at a minimum, before agreeing to sign a contract. Your home is a big investment, you owe it to yourself to make sure you hire the right contractor. Days after you sign the dotted line, then lies begin and it is too late.
