ATI came out and finished up a water damage project in one of our restrooms with absolute perfection. Doug came in and set us up with Anthony Fricker, who managed a team of highly professional, diligent, and excellent service-providing individuals. I just moved to the area and needed some repair work done after some damage occurred receiving a new appliance and they completely took care of my needs! Doug made sure I was in the best hands possible by placing me with his knowledgeable professional handyman Jose Hernandez who was a perfectionist! My home is back to normal! We’ve had the pleasure of working with ATI Restoration twice now. We first used them several years ago after a leak, and they were incredibly professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They left everything in excellent condition, and we were impressed enough to call them again recently after another leak. They come across as, we're on your side not the insurance company. Long story short. They didn't get the money they wanted from the insurance company. Which added an extra 3 months to the restoration. They had repair the drywall in numerous areas throughout the whole restoration. 6 mouths. They plastered over my wallpaper instead of removing it. I had to repair mistakes. They used old sliders for the kitchen cabinet drawers. I had to take them out and clean the sawdust out of them for them to work properly. The worst of it a... read more
