Worst experience ever. I drove 30 minutes to this place for nothing. Even after handing over my correct insurance details, the representative still managed to enter the wrong information and then casually told me I’d have to pay $120. Abha Singh clearly has no idea what insurance they accept. She pulled up completely wrong insurance details and still expected me to sign the paperwork. Seriously? Have been coming to ATI for both shoulders for a few months, Jessi is very knowledgeable and attentive!
I highly recommend doing PT at ATI Parmer Lane! All of the therapists there are super knowledgeable and helped me to progress immensely! My knee is back to normal!
I have been to several therapy clinics in the past, but ATI in Austin TX on Parmer lane greatly exceeds them all in overall performance and manageable outcomes. .The staff is very friendly, professional and intelligent. They work with you one on one, with perceptive insight regarding your needs. Their exercise plans are practical yet challenging and it is obvious they know and follow best practices in the implementation of their chosen career. I would happily refer family and friends to ATI.
Jordan, Jessi and Andrew are all AMAZING. This location has the most caring team. Not only do they work well together, creating a perfect healing environment, but they also truly listen & care. I would not be where I am today without them!! <3
