My husband has had a ongoing conflict with ATI's billing that has been going on since Feb. 2020. The ongoing disagreement has been discussed numerous times with ATI saying they were in the process on getting this resolved. My husband was told in Feb. 2020 that his billing was charged "out of network" but should have been charged "in network". Hi, I'm ************** and my visit with ATI and my therapist ****** was hard at first but with her theraphy after total knee replacement I worked hard and followed her instructions to get back on my feet again. I give her all the praise for working so hard to get me back to normal. I would recommend ATI and their therapist to anyone who is willing to work hard and have the determination like I did to get better.

ATI billing is the worst. They offered me a cash pay rate, then submitted my claims to insurance. After submitting many dates of service to insurance, I learned that insurance didnt pay anything. ATI ended up charging me 3x the cash pay rate and wouldnt allow me to pay the cash rate or make any accommodation. I believe that ATI is unwilling to work with customers even if their hands are unclean.

I had the worst experience from the manger and the receptionist. The manger was getting pushy to schedule 12 weeks of physical therapy appointments when I only needed 4 weeks of sessions. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional and makes you feel uncomfortable at each session. As a disabled person she questions why I cant work. And is breaking the medical privacy hippa laws. There for I feel uncomfortable going to physical therapy sessions
