I went to PT in ****, ** from 2/14/22 - 4/14/22 - 13 or 14 visits. Today (11/13/23) I received a call from a debt collector that I had an unpaid balance. This was news to me as I had never received a bill. Apparently, I had ~$195 balance. When I contacted them they said they mailed me 17 bills. I never received a single bill. Next time, how about you try to reach out to a patient by a second method (e.g. phone call) before sending the bill to debt collection. I started my physical therapy at the Four Points location in Oct. 2023. At the initial consultation, I was told the appointments would last one hour each time. I scheduled my next 10 visits and was totally impressed with my therapist *****************************. She knew what she was doing and I could see results. However, when I went in for my 3 visit, I was handed over to ***** without prior notice or any communication. Appointments were the same routine of easy basic exercises requiring almost no employee involvement. When 1st bill arrived, sticker shock occurred. Even with insurance company paying 60%., each visit was costing over $131.00. Front desk had cell phone bar code reader for instant 5 star review entry. I paid off entire balance almost 2 months after last visit, only to receive another bill. I went in and found that the therapist are very knowledgeable and very helpful at the location that I went to. (**** ). I did six weeks and came out a lot better a lot stronger THANK YOU ATI

this is the worst place to go to. they don't do anything for you make you do the same 30 mins stretch every time you are their. I stop going since 10/2022 and from 05/2023 still getting bill for $50. called multiple times and was told not to worry but still every month i get the same bill. Now that I paid my bill this morning i got another email for the bill again. they are one of the most useless place. I hope the business goes BK.

Beware of ATI! They show you some exercises on your first visit but pay little attention on repeat visits - patients go through the motions on their own while the therapists and aides (its hard to tell whos who) hang out at a desk chatting, watching tv and eating. You feel as if you're interrupting if you ask them what you should do next so just memorize the exercises so that you can get through them and leave. In fact just do them at home and don't bother going back.

I have an ATI physical Therapy office located 5 minutes from my house, and I choose to drive 30 minutes to a different ATI physical Therapy office, because of how good I believe 1 of their therapists is, who've I've worked with before in the ******************* who was transferred to their*************** location.
