Went to the *** in **************** ******** and was evaluated by *******. She made an appointment for me to start therapy at 2:30 yesterday. I received 6 text messages and 2 emails reminding me of my appointment, to bring your insurance card, etc. I arrived at 2:20 and only one therapist was there and busy with a man in a wheelchair. She asked what I was there for and I said for my 2:30 appointment with *******. She replied that ******* had decided to leave early and I should make another appointment. If you ask this company how much they charge, they tell you it's a conflict of interest for the therapist to know what you are charged. You have to call our office. I call the office and they say we can't really give you a price until you have been receiving ********************** for 4 to 6 weeks. So you have no idea what they will be charging for their services. I'm going to have a long discussion with the doctor that referred a place with a rating this low "

In order to increase revenues, *** removed its administrative assistants from local branches and transferred its pre-authorization and insurance processing to a centralized unit in 2020. Unfortunately, that unit apparently has no idea how to pre-authorize and process insurance claims. We have used *** for 2 separate occasions. The first was about 2 years ago. We asked for a price for the service prior to making an appointment and provided our insurance information for them to verify coverage and cost. We were okay with the price and scheduled the appointments and paid the co-pay. A couple of months later we received a **** for hundreds of dollars stating the insurance did not cover the appointment after we we're told that it did. The last day of my therapy, the main therapist at the 2222 location had me fill out papers. My problem with my hip bursa is very sporatic. I explained that to them when I started. They would ask me when I arrived if I was hurting. Well no because it only happens when I walk farther than from my car inside. She proceeded to tell me there was nothing more that she could do for me. She said she was so confused as to why I wasnt in pain at the moment I walked in the door. Their billing department is occupied by idiots. They sat on my wife's **** for over a year. By that time the time limit for our flex account expired and we had to " fix" *** s lack of follow through. On top of that they were very pushy to "get their money" ...which they would have gotten if the dip sh@#ts in billing department had done their job. Go elsewhere for your physical therapy needs.

I overpaid my account by $359.00 as a duplicate payment. *** was called 02 April 21 today is 26 April 21 and I still do not have my overpayment refunded. We continually are connected to a Russian call center in attempts to get repaid. Next up is our states Attorney General. Beware of ***.
