I love the online booking option. I have always had a pleasant experience. If there is any improvement/changes that I would be nice (for me) would be minor... the noise (barking) from the pet store and room temp is a little too cool. Other than that... always a great experience. Front desk personnel have always been pleasant and helpful.
The person whom I received the massage from was personable, and knowledgeable in her field. She made me feel very relaxed and at the same time she empowered me to better health.
My massage was excellent. The massage therapist was extremely skilled in her craft and helped to loosen my muscles and alleviate a great deal of the pain I was suffering from.
Great customer service. The one issue was with how tipping was presented at the end of the session. Made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
Loretta is my massage therapist and I try to see her every week at the Moda Center for 90 minutes. She is one of the best therapists I've ever had, and I don't know what I would do without her. I suffer from acute chronic back pain due to arthritis(osteo) and spinal stenosis. I also have fibromyalgia. She is some of my best medicine.
I haven't been there myself. I bought a gift certificate for my son. The receptionist was very friendly. He loved his massage. He said that he liked it better then the place he had been before. Very good service.
Every time I come in every month, I always leave feeling better and relaxed than when I come in. The staff is always great and very nice. The online booking process is very easy and I appreciate how quickly I get a response after requesting an appointment .
The Rebound staff is always helpful & courteous every time i have gone in for a message. The therapists always take the timeto ask about and listen to what is going on and address any concerns
