All the staff at Sunset Valley location is great. Janelle is very attentive and knowledgeable. She’s the best therapist I’ve ever had.
I've worked with all the therapists at one point or another. They're all professional and very friendly. Even the temps from other locations are fun. I'm here from a workplace injury and my recovery has been very progressive and thorough. Rarely waiting a few minutes to start sessions. Running exact times like a well oiled therapy machine. I don't buy Tiffs for just any medical professionals, only the ones that stand out. I'm going to miss therapy sessions here. Not the 8am ones but the definitely the other ones.
I have been to ATI 4 times and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Each of the physical therapists I have worked with have been knowledgeable and kept me on track with my recovery. I look forward to another couple of weeks with the team.
Staff is knowledgeable, helpful. Janelle is awesome. Very comfortable atmosphere.
The billing is a nightmare, be ready to be grossly overcharged and get no answers when you contact billing. No issues with the clinic or therapists, they're great.
