Great experience!
Adam, Kelly, Melissa, Lyric, and team were super helpful in my recovery from a foot injury. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and kept my routine progressing to make my progress as swift as possible. I hope I don't need PT again soon but if I do, I won't look any further.
Both Janelle and Jacqueline are great. Due to my schedule, I can’t always make it at the same time on the same day so I’ve had two different physical therapists. Everyone at ATI is helpful - they keep great records of what I’ve done and the progress I’ve made so they can hand off quite easily.
Edit - the clinicians and staff are wonderful, ATI as a company not so much. Billing (as mentioned by many other clients) is unclear and the appointment scheduling system is kind of terrible, seems like it would be stressful for the clinicians as well. I had automatic payments set up for my copay and got a bill for over $600 out of nowhere, with no explanation. I've been coming to ATI for the last two weeks and always have a great experience.
