I have been looking for sometime for a youth fitness program to help with agility and strength for my daughter- this one came to me through our soccer club so wanted to give it a try. I was nervous that my daughter would be resistant since it is more like a workout....but I was wrong! She loved it!!! Thank you Athletic and Fitness Trainers of Long Island for your great program for the kids!!!! It is not easy to find programs for kids as young as 8!!!
