I was able to graduate to full duty at work a lot faster than expected, the stretches and routines I’ve learned will serve me for years to have the best quality of life I can possibly have, So a huge thank you to everyone for their help…and the pushups with the staff 🤣were amazing

I had such an amazing experience at Athletico(Muncie). I have had chronic neck/shoulder pain for years and it got to an unbearable point, which is when I found Athletico and began treatments. the therapist were all seriously game changers for my neck/shoulder pain. After a few weeks of being treated, I noticed almost 90% relief in the daily pain and discomfort I was experiencing. After I tore my meniscus, I heard physical therapy horror stories from my friends who had been through it before. I started therapy at Athletico 2 days post-op and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Through my whole healing process, the entire Athletico team has been wonderful, knowledgeable, respectful, and personal. I will highly recommend Athletico to everyone!
