Sean helped me pinpoint the cause of pain and taught me simple stretches that I can do to relieve the pain.
After years of pain in both shoulders and relying on cortizone shots for relief I decided to try physical therapy. Going to Athletics East was the best decision I’ve ever made. Todd and Dillion obviously love their jobs and are so good at explaining why this exercise helps and what doesn’t. Never pushed me to feel uncomfortable, always positive encouragement. The whole staff are very friendly, the overall environment is a great experience. I now have a home exercise plan to keep me pain free.
