II want to give a late, but heart felt thanks to Ashley. I’m a senior citizen and after I fractured my knee cap and wore a full leg brace for 12 weeks, I was left with a bad limp and limited flexibility. Thanks to my sessions with Ashley, my limp is gone, and my knee is more flexible and stronger than it was pre-fracture. Ashley was patient, understanding and friendly.
