I had 2 back surgeries in June 2022. I started physical therapy in October with Cody. The entire team was always there to help keep me motivated with enthusiasm and lots of humor. No one wants to go through this kind of uphill battle, however, I couldn't be standing, sitting, walking, squatting, lifting 15lbs, without Cody's knowledge of my unique condition or the encouragement of the Athletico Crew. Due to a chronic health condition, I have been in PT many times over the years. This is the first time I went to Athletico and I feel it was really beneficial. Not only were the concerns of each visit addressed at the time, but there was an actual post PT exercise program that is easy to understand and use. If I have any future PT needs, this is the place I will go to.
