I had an uncomfortable experience with one of the boxing trainers, Joel. During my time at the gym, I felt that his behavior towards me was very unprofessional and crossed personal boundaries. After speaking with other members, I learned that a few have had similar experiences. I believe trainers should maintain a respectful and professional environment with paying clients. I hope management addresses this to ensure members feel safe and comfortable.

Gym is small and worked for what I needed at the time. Be aware when providing CC information for annual billing. I cancelled my membership in September 2024 and I still get charged an annual fee. It’s a pain and I shouldn’t have to have to dispute charges 2 years after cancellation.
