I don't often give myself the luxury of a massage, but heard that this protocol is worth checking out. As someone who works out nearly every day, I have minor muscle discomfort from time to time. The massage is soothing and also provides some fantastic gentle stretches. Annette Hemminger is an excellent LMT too. The introductory price of $40 is exceptional and reason alone to give this place a try.
