Had my first massage today with Jim, just got home feeling a little achy but relaxed and pleasantly surprised that the pain behind my heel has decreased, which is a first time in months. I don't often give myself the luxury of a massage, but heard that this protocol is worth checking out. As someone who works out nearly every day, I have minor muscle discomfort from time to time. The massage is soothing and also provides some fantastic gentle stretches. Annette Hemminger is an excellent LMT too. The introductory price of $40 is exceptional and reason alone to give this place a try.
