Dr. Matta is an amazing PT to work with! Showed me how much my squat needed to improve and the reason why my hip was giving me so much trouble with high volume squats. With the strength and mobility techniques he showed me I feel a new PR coming soon!
So, I have had this left ankle issue that's been come and go for like a year and a half....Danny has this 'magician mob.' he does with my ankle, and viola!! Success! First he tested with a rolling pistol squat (...crazy) before and after the mob. The result was awesome! I was able to stick it on both sides! :-) awesome sauce!!
