The treatment I received was amazing and made me feel so much better! His ability to identify areas that are causing problems is incredible! He also treated my knee, which has given me problems after an injury and gave me so many tips on how to improve it!

I’ve been one of Alex’s original clients, and it’s been amazing to see how much he’s stepped his game up. From the gear he uses to his techniques and attention to detail, you can tell he takes his craft seriously. He’s a talented man who puts real effort into making sure you leave looking and feeling your best. I’ll definitely be booking with him at least once a month. If you’re looking for someone who knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work, I highly recommend Athletes Paradise and Alex. You won’t be disappointed!

A very relaxing experience with Alexander. He found knots that I didn't even have to mention to him in my back. Helped me feel great and recovered.

Alex was amazing! He was very professional and gave a detailed explanation on his processes and provided excellent feedback on questions/concerns I had. Talking with him about my issues/concerns was effortless! I definitely recommend!

Alex is very knowledgeable in not only recovery but also performance as well! He knows how to get my mind and body connected and feeling right every time. I highly recommend him for both experienced and non-experienced athletes! He is very considerate of time and convenience for his clients which is a huge bonus for those who have tight schedules like myself.
