Clement Lau is the best and most creative physio I have ever met. Not only is he a kind man, he is also extremely knowledgeable and thinks outside the box to help with your recovery. During treatments, he will teach you the science behind your injury and recovery. His acupuncture game is on point - that stuff works. I see Clement Lau for an ongoing shoulder issue I have had. He is a great physio where I have seen significant improvement on a weekly basis. I have been going to him for about a month now and will continue to see him for any other issues that arise as he is thorough and hands on. I was recommended to Clement Lau at Athletes Care from both a professionally training athlete as well as a recreational jogger. As an athlete with over 20 hours of training every week, my knees have a major chronic injury. I had to go to different physiotherapists as Clement was away for a bit, but none of them worked as well as him.
