My husband has been coming here for years, but I only started a few months ago after having two kids. I just wanted to rebuild my confidence around exercise but I’ve gained so much more than that! My husband comes for the classes and the coffee from the onsite coffee shop, whilst my focus is personal training (and socialising) - but they manage to cater perfectly to both of us despite our different needs. Love this place ! I have been training at Athlete X for just over 12 months now and this place is home. Coaches, facilities, programming are all A+ Great bunch of people to train with and training is always a pleasure not a chore 🫶
Have never felt more comfortable or at home at a gym! The most welcoming coaches and gym goers – getting to a class is the easiest thing with an amazing community surrounding you. Best coffee and physio services to go with it 🤝
