I love Athleta and the brand but this particular store get an F for customer service. I’ve come here several times and it’s the same experience. I walk in and within a few minutes walk right back out because the clerks are so rude. The first time I hoped it was an isolated incident because they were having a sale but it’s the same experience each time. The women are rude. I know this isn’t the culture or spirit of the brand. I absolutely love this store!! The staff is amazing and so incredibly helpful!! Everything I have purchased is great quality and looks/fits amazing!❤️
Great store! I love the workout clothes and the ladies assisting in the store are so friendly I feel like I am out shopping with my bestie. Try taking a class here too! They offer a large variety of instructors for FREE!
