I lived in APF for 2 years (2023-2025). My experience was wonderful right off the bat. Stephanie (manager) and Lester (maintenance) are absolutely wonderful people. Lester helped me with pretty much everything. Loading/Unloading management, parking my pods on street and helping me secure it, helping me with my packages when I was away, and regular maintenance requests.
