Please don't rent from this evil corporation! These apartments are a prime example of corporate greed. They do not and I repeat do not care if you are living in horrid conditions, they do not care! If you fail to heed this warning than quit frankly you are a moron. At atherton you will find millions of little cockroaches staring at you through the cover of darkness scavenging for anything they can consume including the moisture from your eyes and mouth as you lay sound asleep, perhaps from your children whom lay sound asleep... read more
If you are considering renting... RUN!!!! Worst apartments ever! Nothing but drugs, gangs, garbage, dog poop everywhere, roaches (massive population), dishonest management. They are building a club house rather than dealing with the roach population! P.s. multiple species of roaches!
