I wish I could leave 5 million stars. We wholeheartedly recommend working with the lovely people of AthensBorn! Heather was our doula and we were supported by her during pregnancy, at our baby’s birth, and beyond. Kate has been an amazing resource for all things lactation. I can’t imagine not having these amazing people in our little family’s corner!
I can’t say enough about how thankful I am for Kate helping me through my second breastfeeding journey! My second time has been a bit more challenging than my first time with my son. I breastfed my son for 18 months, so I am very experienced, but I knew I needed some extra support with my daughter. I cannot recommend Athens Born enough for lactation services! I really struggled in the beginning of my breastfeeding journey, as I believe most moms do. Kate is AMAZING, I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is like a comforting source of therapy and warmth there to assist you with figuring out your breastfeeding journey. Kate was responsive, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She replied quickly to my late-night appointment request and saw me the very next day. At a time when I felt ready to stop breastfeeding, she provided the education and reassurance I needed to continue. I’m now four months postpartum and still breastfeeding thanks to her support. Highly recommend.
