Kate was responsive, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She replied quickly to my late-night appointment request and saw me the very next day. At a time when I felt ready to stop breastfeeding, she provided the education and reassurance I needed to continue. I’m now four months postpartum and still breastfeeding thanks to her support. Highly recommend.
Finding AthensBorn Services was the second best outcome of my pregnancy. Being first time parents, we were overwhelmed by questions, concerns, and conflicting information available in today's world. Kate was amazing to work with! With my second child I really wanted to EBF and Kate was one of the reasons I was able to do so successfully for the first months of my daughter's life. I would recommend ABS to anyone looking for that extra support during birth or postpartum!
We had a wonderful experience with Sha'Mira as our doula for our first pregnancy and birth. She was a wealth of information and an amazing support resource in the weeks leading up to labor. Kate was so so knowledgeable and thorough with our sessions every time we got together! I learned so much even as a 3rd time mama! She took the time to really dive into our specific issues and was very helpful in helping us navigate speech therapy and further assist us with referrals. Would recommend her to anyone who is seeking lactation help!!
