Great. Friendly organized
Utterly disappointing, we're a small retail business and long time buyer, we noticed there quality is just getting worse with every order we purchase. Items are shipped broken, cracked, lots of holes from air pockets, fountains that are totally uneven and super hard to set up, wholes for the hoses in fountains totally closed or don't line up, and etc. I know it is difficult to get concrete ornaments perfect, but it used to be better. Phone don't work
Nope! Nope! Bought one of their stone benches online. It arrived with deep cracks running through the center of the bench. It will absolutely fail here. This is from poor mixing and drying techniques. I called the number within 3 days as the info packet required. The call rep simply transferred me to a dead-end voicemail
