Utterly disappointing, we're a small retail business and long time buyer, we noticed there quality is just getting worse with every order we purchase. Items are shipped broken, cracked, lots of holes from air pockets, fountains that are totally uneven and super hard to set up, wholes for the hoses in fountains totally closed or don't line up, and etc. I know it is difficult to get concrete ornaments perfect, but it used to be better.
