Great group of employees and Drs here! Generally a very short wait to be seen.
Was referred as in-network specialist by my general practitioner. Had an appointment in October 2024. Paid the co-pay at this appointment. Fast-forward to this week, I was reached out to by a creditor, claiming I had an unpaid bill here. I never received a paper statement or bill. When speaking to the office, I was told they were mailed out of Miami Florida. Apparently, the month of October 2024 was the only month that CIGNA was not accepted? at this office. I saw Dr. Kennedy today - Wow!!! What an awesome physician!!! He actually took the time to explain everything - I honestly can’t say enough about this doctor and the entire staff!!!!!! I highly recommend him what an awesome person - Thank you Lord for bringing this person in my life!!!!!!
