Michelle and Athens Property Management have really showed how committed they are to customer service this past weekend. Our refrigerator went out the NIGHT BEFORE my daughter’s birthday; on Valentines Day! Athens Property Management had an upgraded replacement unit installed in my rental less than 24 hours after I reported the problem!!! I cannot recommend Michelle and her team enough. As out-of-town landlords we needed someone trustworthy and highly professional to manage our property. Not once did we ever worry about our property or receiving payments. Communication with them is personal and prompt. We did several larger capital improvements and the APM team did a stellar job at a great cost. If you're looking for professional property management in the Athens area, your search is over!
What a great group of people! They are extremely proficient responding to any need I’ve ever had. They also are very easy to work with and make sure their tenants are well taken care of! Highly recommend!!
