Receptionist was very pleasant. I was called for my procedure on time. Procedure nurses were professional and attentive. Dr.Leavett explained that there needed to be a change in the placement of the injection. As he began, he described what was going to happen. All went well. No Physical discomfort.

I am surprised I was invited to leave a review after an extremely unpleasant appointment with Dr. Leavitt. I’ve never been treated with such rudeness and impatience by a physician. I arrived into the treatment room feeling anxious, after learning I was supposed to have received a Valium Rx before my procedure. The office neglected to call it in, and the assistant shrugged it off as not necessary.
