This will be a long one so buckle in. First off it is near impossible to get anyone on the phone or a call back. I show up to an appointment one time and was told I was an hour later to my surprise, I was actually 15 minutes early as I had a text message verifying the time of my appt. I drove an hour there and then back home and didn’t get to see my doctor because of a scheduling issue they had. I have been a patient in this office for over 25 years. Dr. Murthy is amazing . She is very attentive and easy to talk to about anything. I highly recommend Dr Murthy and have always had a pleasant experience in this group.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a patient for many years and I disregarded the issues of this practice simply because I did want to find someone new. I have been made to feel stupid for wanting basic blood work done and for my fertility hormones to be checked. They are impossible to get on the phone, and when you get them on the phone they’re rude and dismissive.
