I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. When I tried to schedule an appointment due to ongoing pain, the next available was over a month out. I expressed the urgency of my symptoms, and was told a nurse would call to discuss pain relief or other appropriate steps.
