I don’t think I have ever worked so hard to speak with someone at a doctor’s office to set up an appointment. I cannot spend anymore time on hold/leaving voicemails in hopes someone will miraculously call me back when I am available to talk. Gotta move along.

Do NOT recommend at all! I had a pleasant experience during my annual exams with Dr. Elstad so I continued being seen here for my first pregnancy. However, I absolutely should have stopped going to this office after the first couple of unpleasant encounters I experienced early in my pregnancy! The receptionists are extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a self pay patient I always wanted to be informed of the amount due at the time of scheduling, so I could be prepared. Horrible office I had an appt today tried to call multiple times to make them aware of ice on my hill I'm trying to make it down with two kids they did not answer out of four times I called. Got to the appt was told I was late they need to reschedule me when I had being trying to call after taken 40 minutes to get down my hill. I will never go to the office again will not refer anyone either. I tried my best and almost broke my wrist trying to make itto my appt . They do not care about the well being of their patients.
