The staff is lazy, not professional, not polite. I have now been trying to message the triage nurse for two days and I have messaged her 3 times. “Candy” the triage nurse, is very rude, not considerate of others. I was recently going through a miscarriage and she told me there is nothing they could do for me and find a new doctor. Thankfully I didn’t listen to her and made an appointment through someone else for dr Bolton. The staff at this place makes you want a new doctor
This will be a long one so buckle in. First off it is near impossible to get anyone on the phone or a call back. I show up to an appointment one time and was told I was an hour later to my surprise, I was actually 15 minutes early as I had a text message verifying the time of my appt. I drove an hour there and then back home and didn’t get to see my doctor because of a scheduling issue they had. I have been a patient in this office for over 25 years. Dr. Murthy is amazing . She is very attentive and easy to talk to about anything. I highly recommend Dr Murthy and have always had a pleasant experience in this group.
