Thank god my family found out how petty this provider was before ever mistrusting him with our care. The address for this provider is different than the one that comes up on Google for their group practice, but they don't warn new patients about that. So my elderly parents drove over an hour for a Parkinson's specialist and after being sent to the correct location, they ultimately showed up 10 minutes lately and were told there was "no grace period" and left without being seen. Office is unprofessional. Find any other provider and office. You’ll never get appointments or prescriptions. This office is an absolute NIGHTMARE.
Does not show any care in being helpful yet thinks he has all the answers. Listens to respond only. No help given
Dr Pitts is a very thorough and patient doctor. He took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel rushed. He is a patient and kind man that cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to them. Never talks over your head. He explains things very matter of factly. Wonderful man. Very calming when you are filled and overwhelmed with a lot of new information at once. Would highly recommend.
