Dr Allen is very knowledgeable, helped with menopause and hormone issues.
I was disappointed with my experience regarding appointment scheduling. I paid a deposit approximately two years ago with the understanding that it would be applied toward my first appointment. At no point did I see anything on the website stating that the appointment had to be booked within a certain timeframe or that the deposit would no longer be valid after a specific period.
