I want to see this doctor I was referred to for a hernia he didn't show much concern about the hernia. But he did tell me oh well it would be like $60,000 to fix it. Since then I've had internal bleeding I discussed it with my insurance company about the cost they were little baffled considering that they were paying the bill and not me so he had a problem with payment he should have taken it up with them that was their opinion. The Good: Honestly, he seems like a great doctor. The staff at the office was very attentive and had really good customer service. When you call to speak with his medical assistant, she actually answers. Overall, the care itself was a really good experience. The Bad: I had to find out through my insurance that this doctor wasn’t in my network. I was literally two weeks away from having surgery, and nobody was planning to tell me this. Having had a fantastic prior procedure with Dr. Webb, my second procedure was a no brainer on who I would use. Dr. Webb and his entire staff are professional, caring and at the top of their game! I highly recommend his practice!
