I made an appointment for ear cleaning in early December of 2024. I asked a lot of questions before I booked including about how, explicitly, they cleaned ears. I told them I was suffering from fairly severe vertigo and that I’d had a hearing test and seen an ENT twice with no improvement and that I wasn’t interested in seeing their ENT or getting another hearing test until I had my ears cleaned out. My appointment was pretty quick. The lady that did the test was very professional and she was really sweet to my daughter.
Easy to make a quick appointment. I had a great experience with this group. They were very thorough and attentive. I highly recommend them.
Treated with respect and professionalism during the process of having my hearing checked. Now, we’re in the process of talking about hearing aids and how they might help the ringing in my ears. No forcing you to do or try anything, just explained the options, great job! I highly recommend Taylor in Athens area.
