During my 20 years of wearing hearing aids, I’ve worked with a number of providers. By far the team at Athens Hearing Aid Factory Outlet is the best. It’s not even close. I learned a long time ago that the quality of your experience with hearing aids is directly related to the team fitting you for the aids. It’s concerning that the owner chose to publicly discuss my daughter’s employment and termination in response to my review. My review is about my experience as a patient, and that information is irrelevant and unprofessional. *The owner contacted my daughter and asked her to ask me to remove my review so I’m adding to it in response. I got my hearing aids from here but never had any follow up care. They pushed it all on my daughter as her job when I’ve worked in healthcare, I know who is supposed to call for follow ups. Absolutely amazing! Everyone was so sweet and made it an easy, enjoyable process
I’ve been coming here for years, and I truly can’t put into words how grateful I am for Ms. Kayla. She is incredible at what she does and has such a calming, caring presence that instantly makes you feel at ease. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which means more than I can say. I trust her completely and can’t recommend her or this place enough.
Came in this past weekend and was very happy to go home with my second set of hearing aids from the Outlet! A huge upgrade compared to my first pair. Thank you so much to Brooke and Sarah for y’alls patience and walking me through some of the newest features!
