Had an incredible first-time experience this morning at Athens Health & Fitness with Holly! She’s an INCREDIBLE personal trainer/nutritionist - so knowledgeable, cheerful, understanding, and really listens to what YOUR body needs and directs you from there. The yoga class Holly taught was personalized and rejuvenating. Front desk staff were so accommodating, clear, & kind. Truly was a great first experience with them! Can’t wait to come back.

Predatory membership pricing immediately post-covid, just generally poor equipment, much better options in the area
I usually am not one to leave reviews of any sort. Especially bad ones. BUT I was a member of this gym for I would say 3-4 months before I noticed that I was just not interested in going to a gym rather working out from home. I canceled my membership online and stopped paying at that point because why would I pay for a membership I don’t do anything for? Meanwhile, I’m living my life as one should and back in November (didn’t even notice up until recently) the gym decided to try and charge me $180.00 for my membership. Mind ... read more
