My husband's truck was acting up and we took advantage of the night drop. The service advisor doesn't call right away. They call when they get to your vehicle. You can ask for a specific advisor if you find you connect with someone.

Would leave zero stars if I could. I had my car towed here for a recall repair. It took 4 days to get any information on the status of repairs. They sent me an estimate of $4500 to fix the transmission on a car that's barely worth $1000. Absolutely no follow up from Blake Christian, my "service advisor". Today I texted him to let him know I'd be in to get my car. Apparently he is off today. The lady handling his cases, Renee, was not any more helpful.
