When I first went to Athens FBBC, I had ZERO intentions of signing up. I run and I have workout equipment at home, so why would I join a gym?? I was only going because of the pressure from a friend… Little did I know when I showed up that I actually was not at the right gym at all (haha), my friend went to a different gym! The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, encouraging, and judgement free. I feel no push to be anything other than my best me. The classes are well explained and fast paced. During the sessions you’ll be motivated by amazing leaders, great music, and high fives around. I didn’t know if I’d love a group environment (my extroversion can become introversion in this environment) but let me share - it’s been one of my best decisions I’ve made lately!
We love Fit Body Athens! It’s a fun, judgement free zone that makes working out enjoyable. The coaches are great and having childcare provided is a HUGE plus!
Joining FBBC has been one of the best decisions I have made! The coaches are incredible. They constantly provide support, motivation, and guidance. I can always count on them to challenge me to do my best while making me feel comfortable. FBBC is much more than a workout; it is a community. FBBC is the best!!
I look forward to working out! I love the coaches, the people, the music, and the workouts! I leave feeling stronger and with more energy! I cannot recommend it enough!
