The best! The coaches go out of their way to make you feel welcome and supported to be your better self physically and mentally. I personally need every assist when it comes to the gym world and they are always there to cheer me on. ❤️🎉 I’ve been going here for a few years and still love it!

When I first went to Athens FBBC, I had ZERO intentions of signing up. I run and I have workout equipment at home, so why would I join a gym?? I was only going because of the pressure from a friend… Little did I know when I showed up that I actually was not at the right gym at all (haha), my friend went to a different gym! I continued on through my first session and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, encouraging, and judgement free. I feel no push to be anything other than my best me. The classes are well explained and fast paced. During the sessions you’ll be motivated by amazing leaders, great music, and high fives around. I didn’t know if I’d love a group environment (my extroversion can become introversion in this environment) but let me share - it’s been one of my best decisions I’ve made lately!
