RecommendedI've used this practice for years. I have never, never had a bad encounter here with anyone. My husband and I both use them and we drive from Cleveland to use them as our providers. Great Job everyone!
worst service ever had an appointment for me and my husband. appointments were made for 930 and 10 we ended up leaving at 1030 they hadn't even got us in the computer yet so we rescheduled for first appointments in the morning 2 weeks later when we arrived they said the doctor wasn't in the office that day and they had called to reschedule the appointment but that was a lie. when we said this was ridiculous we would go to a different doctor the receptionist slammed the window shut. very unprofessional rude and disorganized
there were blood spots in the room they failed to remain a clean and safe facuilty Tennessee department of health shut them down immediately or I'm going to the state

They are a joke to deal with. Don't have documentation of anything, very rude.
Awesome doctors and staff. I was coming down with this virus going around. Called for an appointment and was taken straight in that same day. A shot and prescription and I felt better by lunch the next day. Just wanted to say thank you to Dr Byrd and his nurse for seeing me on such short notice and before the virus went full blown. 3 hrs waiting for a 10 min dr exam thanks for the waste of time
Horrible receptionist. Shouting at patients who clearly have done nothing wrong and just because she didn't want to accept the fact that i was rigbt about the insurance information.......My family will be changing Doctor's after today's experience. On to fast pace urgent care so my husband and myself can be treated for symptoms
