This office is poorly run. They double billed as said they were not in -network with our insurance and took full cash payment up front. Then billed our insurance and got full payment from them as they are in network- yet refused to return our cash overpayment of $290. They also lie by claiming not in network yet they know immediately by verifying benefits online if its covered, then falsify records, admit they didn't do procedures they billed and collected payment on without returning overpayments. Very good service and they work hard to take care of you.
They owe my student daughter money and we are just not getting it back. When I went there to speak to someone about it they were not cooperating, Tracey shut the glass window and the office manager Mechelle did not want to give me my daughter's refund. She stated that my daughter has a $10.48 credit on her account. We are talking about only 30 dollars! Why?? Why the circus? What are they doing?
