I have just tried for the 4 th time to schedule an appointment with the only gastroenterologist I have seen. I want to retire because Dr Quadri and medical staff are great and friendly. Front desk receptionist however is very rude, yells and refused to make an appointment for me. I have been trying to set up an appointment for over 6 months with again my long standing provider. The management of this office is criminal. “Call and wait 24 hours for someone to get back to you.” Cannot get an actual provider on the phone. Doctor prescribes medication based on information from his receptionist without speaking with patient.
Horrible office. Terrible communication. I would suggest you to keep searching.
It took me 3 weeks to get appt. My dr with Piedmont Physician grp sent them referral. Then a week later this office said they needed my insurance front:back. My dr office sent info and another week went by and this office claimed they didn’t have it. Sent a 2nd time and still not. I finally sent copies emailed to them. (The time It took for them and my dr and myself would of been less, if this office was STAFFED and did The leg work to get me scheduled.
