I have never experienced such a complete breakdown in basic medical care and communication. Messages are not returned. Prescriptions are not renewed. There is no reliable way to reach the office. On multiple occasions I had to call from a different phone because my regular number was simply ignored while other lines were answered. The nurse provided incorrect medical information and later had to correct herself, prescribed the wrong medication, ordered blood work, and no one ever contacted me to discuss the results. Love love LOVE everything about this practice and their staff!! The physician and NPs are caring, take their time to listen and answer my questions and concerns. I 10/10 recommend!!
My husband had a procedure, on 09/19/25. Dr. Qadri was excessively late for a 15 min. Procedure and afterwards, did not check on his patient or communicate with the nursing staff of his leaving the building. The had to run him down. He finely talk to family on the phone. The pricedure was so fast, I wonder if he even preform it. My has not been feeling well since.
