Dr. Quadri, his providers, nurses and MAs are all great but THE OFFICE STAFF is HORRIBLE and communication is not sufficient. I had a procedure schedule and they call me the day before to confirmed, I ask what was my copay and the front desk lady stated you don’t have a copay and I double check with her and she yes that’s right no copay… Arrived for my appointment and I get a bill handed to me of what I was expected to pay and as you probably can tell, I was SHOCKED and upset. I have never experienced such a complete breakdown in basic medical care and communication. Messages are not returned. Prescriptions are not renewed. There is no reliable way to reach the office. On multiple occasions I had to call from a different phone because my regular number was simply ignored while other lines were answered. The nurse provided incorrect medical information and later had to correct herself, prescribed the wrong medication, ordered blood work, and no one ever contacted me to discuss the results.
