April was extremely helpful in getting my procedures expedited! She even chased me in the parking lot to get me an earlier appointment.
Love the people there however, hated the AI person Christina I got stuck with. What’s wrong with wanting to talk to a live person these days? I just hung up and called back to the office again and pretended I had an issue with tech support and went from there.
