Urology Group of Athens is like the burger king of restaurants. My dad and I came in for his appointment. This is his first appointment since having a stroke. He was asked to give a sample in a cup which is difficult as he is in a wheel chair. They need to provide a urine bottle to collect a sample for ADA purposes not a party cup. No help was offered to obtain the sample as well. After that, the nurse would not transport him in the wheelchair nor find help to do so. She complained of a back issue. That's ok. Called to confirm an appointment at 6 pm but can't take an incoming call to change it back to what was actually scheduled at 430 pm

How is this place not shut down? I read the past reviews before going in and hoped this place wasn’t that bad. My main reason for choosing this place was I needed to see a Urologist before this week was over and everyone else was 2 weeks out. My appt was at 2:50p and I arrived at 2:02 for paperwork. I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 3:50p. Not a good impression for a new patient. As Dr. Marie Anderson entered, she seemed very unprepared and almost as if she was rushing to come in and leave.
